  • Hannah coe

    Senior Pastor


    Hannah Coe was called to serve as Calvary's Senior Pastor in April of 2021. Before coming to serve with Calvary, Hannah served on church staff in Jefferson City, Missouri (First Baptist Church, 2015-2021) and Athens, Georgia (First Baptist Church, 2008-2015). Hannah earned a B.S. in Integrative Creative Therapy at Berry College and an MDiv at McAfee School of Theology, Mercer University. Hannah and her husband, David, have three children. The Coe family enjoys playing games, hiking and biking, the occasional nap, dance parties, spending time with friends, and keeping up with their mischievous dog, Summer. In between work, laundry, and dishes, David and Hannah relish porch time, good coffee, and conversation. 

  • Kirk HATCHER

    Interim Pastoral Associate


    After graduating as part of Truett Seminary's first class, Kirk has served churches in Palacios, TX; Temple, TX; Houston, TX; and Norman, OK. After serving as a youth minister for 23 years and a Minister of Spiritual Formation for two years, Kirk and his wife, Jill, along with their youngest two boys moved back to Waco in 2017. Kirk has a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University, along with an M.Div. from Truett. Jill and Kirk have three children - all men who have survived Baylor (youngest is a current junior). In their "spare" time, Jill and Kirk enjoy watching completely different TV series at the same time, cleaning the floors after their two dogs play in the rain, as well as finding all the ways to eat very little of what's actually in the refrigerator. 

  • Randall Bradley

    Minister of Music and Worship


    Randall Bradley has been a minister of music and worship since 1978, and has served at Calvary since 2001, with a short break from 2009 to 2012. Originally from Alabama, Randall lived in Missouri and Oklahoma before moving to Texas in 2000. He also mentors, teaches and encourages students at Baylor University through his work with the Church Music Program and the Center for Christian Music Studies. In addition to making music, Randall enjoys traveling, gardening and cooking.


  • Ali Chappell DeHay

    Minister of Youth and Communications


    Ali is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina, and graduated from Meredith College with a degree in history. She moved to Waco in 2014 to attend George W. Truett Theological Seminary and began working at Calvary in May 2014. Ali is passionate about journeying through life – the good and the bad – alongside Calvary’s youth. She enjoys walking with Papí, her Australian Shepherd; exploring any art museum she can find; and traveling with her husband, Harrison. Ali graduated from Truett in May 2017 and was ordained into the ministry by Calvary in March 2019.

  • Will Ward

    Interim Minister to Children


    Will Ward began attending Calvary as a graduate student in 2012 and has been serving at Calvary in various capacities since then. He received his B.A. in Christian Ministries from Williams Baptist College (2012), his MSW from the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work at Baylor, his M.Div. from Truett Seminary (both 2016), and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in social work at Baylor. Will previously served as Minister to Children at Calvary from 2014 - 2016, at First Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge, AR from 2010 - 2012, and served many summers in children's camp ministry. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and focuses his clinical work primarily on children, adolescents, and parents. He also has almost 10 years experience as a school social worker in local schools. Will loves to read, drink coffee, and spend time with friends.

  • Abby tankersley

    Office Manager


    Abby Tankersley has been the office manager at Calvary since March 2020. She and her family have been members of Calvary since Aug. 27, 2006. Abby graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in education, and graduated with honors from the culinary arts program at Texas State Technical College. At Calvary, Abby has taught children’s Sunday school; served on youth and children’s committees and coordinating council; and has been a deacon. She and her husband Kevin, who is a writer and teaches journalism at Baylor, have been married for 24 years. They have two children, Sophie and Brazos, who are students at Midway High School.

  • Isaac Bradley

    Music & Worship Associate


    Isaac Bradley grew up at Calvary with his family and has attended and participated on the music team biweekly since graduating from Baylor in 2020. While at Baylor he earned a degree in Choral Music Education. Isaac is currently based in Haltom City, Texas, where he is the music teacher at O.H. Stowe Elementary School where he teaches almost 800 PK-5th graders. In the fall Isaac will begin work on a Masters Degree in Church Music with a concentration in Choral Conducting at Baylor University. Isaac loves spending time with family and his girlfriend, Amy. He is an avid Baylor fan, best friend to the family maltipoo, Lulu, and enjoys connecting with both old and new friends.


  • Phil Sitton

    Stewardship Administrator


    In September 2011, Phillip Sitton retired after a 40-year career as associate pastor: worship/administrator at Shearer Hills Baptist Church in San Antonio. Later that month, he and his wife Pat moved to Waco and joined Calvary. Phil joined Calvary’s staff a year later. In addition to his work at Calvary, Phil serves as conductor for the Baylor Singing Seniors, an area-wide choir of approximately 100 senior adults. His passions are worship, travel, theater and Baylor sports. 


    Phil’s family includes son Chris, his wife Julie and their sons Devin and Kaleb, in San Antonio; and daughter Jennifer Davis, her husband Jonathan and their sons Tyler and Ryan, who are longtime members of Calvary.
