Ministerial Staff

  • GUILHERME FEITOSA DE ALMEIDA

Interim Co-Minister of Music & Worship

Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Guilherme is grateful to return to the Calvary staff in an interim role. He enjoys helping communities discern their work and identity through imagination and humility. He is always interested in encounters: encounters with oneself, encounters with community, encounters through thinking, and encounters through creating. Drawing on his background in community engagement, Guilherme’s teaching and research explore narrative forms, especially mythologies, and investigate how symbolic interaction, governance, and coloniality affect creative relationships within the visual and performing arts. He teaches Theatre Arts at Baylor and serves globally as a performer, liturgist, and consultant. He is married to the brilliant Carla Patricia and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his dogs, Lilly and Milo.

  • Randall Bradley

    Minister of Music and Worship

Randall Bradley has been a minister of music and worship since 1978, and has served at Calvary since 2001, with a short break from 2009 to 2012. Originally from Alabama, Randall lived in Missouri and Oklahoma before moving to Texas in 2000. He also mentors, teaches and encourages students at Baylor University through his work with the Church Music Program and the Center for Christian Music Studies. In addition to making music, Randall enjoys traveling, gardening and cooking.

  • Jeremy Crews

    Co-Interim Minister to Youth

Jeremy Crews has called Calvary home since 2013, when he moved from Alabama to Waco to attend Truett Seminary. He holds a B.A. in Theology and Humanities, along with an MDiv in Historical Theology from Truett. For nine years, Jeremy served as a chaplain, administrator, and teacher of civics and theology at Live Oak Classical School. These days, he splits his time between spiritual direction, enneagram coaching, and playing with spreadsheets at Baylor. Jeremy and his wife Katie have been married since 2013 and are the proud parents of Emmaus and Atlas—two energetic kids you’ve likely stumbled over at Calvary (they’re still learning about corners). When he’s not working or parenting, Jeremy enjoys cooking, reading, and listening to sad music.
